Define standards of care and identify deviations and
adherences.

Serves as a liaison between attorneys, physicians, and other
parties.

Conduct research and integrate medical literature.

Locate and interact with expert witnesses.

Testifying at depositions, hearings, arbitrations, or trials
as expert fact witness.

Interview plaintiff and defense clients, key witnesses and
experts.

Coordinate and attend Independent Medical Examinations.

Assist with interrogatories and depositions, including
developing and preparing exhibits.

Present medical-related seminars for attorneys and other
legal professionals.
