Wellness Day Retreat is crafted to offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone, please review the following policy: 1. **Registration and Payment**: Please register in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. **Cancellation Policy**: If you cancel more than 7 days before the retreat, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to someone else. 3. **Arrival and Departure**: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. The retreat starts promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may miss parts of the program. 4. **What to Bring**: Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and any personal items yOurou might need. We'll provide any additional materials required. 5. **Dietary Needs**: A light lunch and refreshments are included. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours in advance. 6. **Respectful Environment**: We aim to create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Please be considerate of others and help maintain a peaceful environment. 7. **Health and Safety**: If you're feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses, please do not attend the retreat to protect everyone's health.
