A 15-minute life coaching and mental health consultation is a quick, no-pressure chat to discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can help. It’s a chance to see if the coach and program are right for you and to ask any questions before committing.
Cancellation Policy
Life Coaching Policy 1. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. Personal information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. 2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in 50% of session fee, as your time is reserved exclusively for you. 3. Payment: Payment is due prior to the start of each session or package. Failure to pay may result in the postponement of services. 4. Commitment: Coaching is a collaborative process. You are encouraged to actively participate and commit to your personal growth and development throughout the coaching journey. 5. Limitation of Liability: Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for professional mental health services. The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.
